Shipping
We deliver to customers in Switzerland by B-post (delivery time: 3-4 days) and worldwide. The shipping costs (Fr.8-20 within Switzerland, elsewhere Fr.8-25, depending on product and destination) will be shown at checkout. Orders over Fr.100 will be shipped free of charge within Switzerland.
Returns
Unused products can be returned in their original condition within 90 days for a full refund.

Colour variations
We do our best to show products accurately, but because of the wide variation of monitor settings it is always possible that what you see online may not exactly match what you see in person. Hand-dyed yarns in particular can vary greatly; that is not a flaw but part of the charm! As laid out in our returns policy, we will be happy to issue a refund for any products that do not meet your expectations, when they are returned to us in their original condition.
Prices and payment
All prices are given in Swiss francs and include VAT. Payment can be made by card or TWINT.
Data protection
Studio Miranda GmbH may process and use the data collected in the conclusion of the contract for the fulfilment of the obligations arising from the purchase contract. The data may also be passed on to commissioned service partners (logistics partners) or other third parties if this is necessary for the performance of the service.
Disclaimer
Studio Miranda GmbH accepts no liability for any data errors in our online shop that are due to slight negligence. We are not liable for accidentally incorrect price labels, errors in illustrations, product descriptions or other texts, such as voucher or discount promotions, nor for delayed deliveries.
Scope of agreement
By placing an order, the customer agrees to the General Terms & Conditions, as described above. The business relationship between Studio Miranda GmbH and the customer is subject to Swiss law. The place of jurisdiction is Regensdorf.
