Even very experienced knitters and crocheters often hate the final stages, and poor technique here can really spoil your garment. Mastering a few key skills can not only improve your results, but also your confidence, making the process a lot more enjoyable.
- Neat seaming – mattress stitch and grafting
- Picking up stitches evenly to knit

To bring: TWO knit or crochet squares (stocking stitch or UK trebles), each at least 15cm across, with suitable needles or hook; scissors and darning needle (ideally one blunt and one sharp).
